NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In the Matter of the Redetermination of Benefits of Stearns County Ditch No. 7, Feb 6th at 1pm

Whereas, The North Fork Crow River Watershed District, acting as the Drainage Authority for Stearns County Ditch No. 7, has determined that the benefits of record do not reflect current market values and have appointed viewers to redetermine the benefits and damages for the existing County Ditch No. 7; and whereas, the Viewers Report for the Redetermination of Benefits has been filed with the Watershed District Secretary;

NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the acceptance of the Redetermination of Benefits in the North Fork Crow River Watershed District Office, 1030 Front Street, Brooten, Minnesota on February 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.  Properties affected are located in sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, and 32 of Lake George Township; sections 20, 21, 28, 29, 31, 32, and 33 of Getty Township; section 36 of Raymond Township and sections 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 23 of North Fork Township; all in Stearns County. All persons interested in the redetermination of benefits wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the redetermined benefits will replace the current benefits and be used for assessment of future maintenance.
