Responsible for overall planning, direction, coordination, administration and operation for the North Fork Crow River Watershed District (NFCRWD) with the authorities under MN Stat. 103D. Also responsible for conducting drainage inspections in compliance with MN statute 103E.065, and the primary contact for the NFCRWD.
