Please take notice. The Board of Managers has determined, based on the State Emergency Declaration related to the COVID-19 pandemic, that it is neither feasible nor prudent to hold in-person meetings during the emergency. Therefore, the regular meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2020, at the District Office, 1030 Front Street, Brooten MN, will be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations. The meeting will occur under the conditions outlined in statutes section 13D.021. Members of the public interested in monitoring the meeting by telephone should contact Cris Skonard at (320) 346-2869 or by email (preferred) at nfcrwsd@tds.net, by 5 p.m. on April 10th, to request an access number.

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the business ordinarily scheduled for consideration at the Board’s regular meeting. An agenda will be available on the District’s website at www.nfcrwd.org.
